Killed or injured? So someone shoots in the air and 4 people running away from the chaos trip and fall skinning their knee, its a mass shooting?
What timeframe? If someone shoots someone every week for a month is that a mass shooting?
If there is a lawful self defense shooting for say a home invasion or a LEO shoots 4 bad guys robbing a bank, is that a mass shooting?
