If you look at the pictures, this is not a public setting. This took place when he was smuggled into Venezuela from Colombia. You are not taking pictures with strangers when you are being smuggled. There is a long history of U.S. government getting in bed with the lowest lifeforms on this planet to achieve its objective. It backfired on 9/11, but the blame was shifted on lack of democracy in Arab countries and dictators like Saddam Hussein, who had nothing to do with it.
