Is any 2A organization warning about these bills? No.

Not just the 2A.

The thing about the constitution is that it only gives the Feds a very few limited powers.

Everything not *explicitly* authorized by it is unconstitutional.

So, the correct question isn't "where does the constitution prohibit the government from doing X", the question is "where does the constitution authorize the governent to do X"

It is not impossible that 2A groups could launch an effort to defeat these bills though a co-ordinated effort of the paid lobbyists and grassroots to inundate the Assembly with negative pushback which causes the electeds to reconsider their current course of action.

I wonder how many nipples and caps one would have to buy to get some attention, or be in possession of to be charged with intent. Would the size of the nipple matter?

This is the big A's suggestion - they know the deal. Not sure what the strainer is for though. A funnel would make more sense.

Constitution doesn't grant you the right to do something ... Do you believe its your natural right to craft objects to protect yourself or do you believe your only allowed to the ones your given permission to use by government? Getting permission from government for a natural rights falls flat on its face. 2nd Amendment covers all bearable arms. Not the ones deemed fit by government and manufactured by a government approved company.

On the Federal level the law does permit home made firearms. (which is irrelevant to the 2nd amendment).

I'm not asking if the Constitution gives me permission to do so.
I'm asking if the Constitution tells the government to fuck off WHEN I do so.

since some people like to claim "the Constitution doesn't give you the Right to..." (usually some religious drivel).
I was just wondering if it was clearly enumerated in the Constitution other than the 2A. We all know the 2A is supposed to tell the .gov to fuck off with their "gun control" bullshit. And we all know the .gov is ignoring it.
