Im sure the point was to hold back all the tire kicking that goes on in these threads. I've noticed this on other forums as well. The guy just wants to sell a gun and not get all the emails / notifications from people that are either bored or just looking to boost post counts, they have zero intentions of buying anything. You know who you are. I find it annoying as well.
