High Court new Swing voter

With the retirement of Justice Kennedy (considered a swing vote on gun rights) and the confirmation of Kavanaugh, I was hoping that the high court was shifting to a solid pro 2nd Amend. profile.

But it seems Justice Roberts has stepped in to the swing vote profile. The question is will he support the 2nd Amendment and law abiding citizen gun rights? Or must we wait for RBG to leave the high court?

RGB needs to check out this year to be reasonably sure the court is pro 2A. However nothing is taken for granted.

I have said this very thing in a number of post! As to Kennedy having been the swing vote on Heller , but that I also thought it could of been Roberts instead. And yes I do think any 2A should wait for one more Trump appointment.

Doesn't matter what the court makeup is if they won't ever take cases. We're never getting our rights back via the court systems.
