So yes... This is what our A rated NY politicians run on and actually do when given power. This state is a lost cause and it can't be saved in it's current form. There is no coming back from this state. Sure we have optimistic court cases in the works but even if we win hochul or her replacement will immediately enact new and worse laws just to begin the litigation process over again knowing the laws will be on the books until fought over and that will take time and they know that they themselves will never personally be held liable for such egregious breaching of the constitution and 2a. They probably already have multiple iterations of safe act 6 written just waiting to see which version will be needed at that time. New boss same as the old boss. Wash rinse repeat.

The left is so unhinged it won't matter. They don't have logical reasoning. The media has completely obfuscated the issue to where if a 'non gun person" hears of any type of pistol they immediately assume "criminal!!".
Most non gun people genuinely think only people carrying pistols are police and if you're not police you're a criminal out to do then harm.
The media deliberately does a very bad job at differentiating legal gun carry vs. Illegal. They want people confused on this issue so they don't actually realize a sizable portion of adults legally carry guns around them everyday and they have no idea it's happening. They want them to live in fear so they can jingle Pavlov's bell and get their attention associating guns=bad guys.
