Just pondering something if this passes. Would be curious to get gut feeling on one item from LEOs here. So if chokeholds are verboten because they are deadly force, I'm assuming that means if random mope attempts chokehold on LEO or civvy for that matter, then use of deadly force against said mope is justified. Politicians can't have it both ways.
