So I get an order delivered from TS. I was a bit confused because with the # of boxes received, they must have been packaging them sparsely. But nope, boxes quite heavy. So I open them and a brief moral argument occurs. There is about $1,000 more goods then I actually ordered. I then do the right thing and call them to let them know, try to explain what I got and ask for a call tag to return. The individual from customer service seems more upset at the warehouse team than actually listening to me and immediately asks me to respond to an email she sends with great detail describing what I got which was incorrect so she can take it up with the warehouse people. At least one other time she make sure to say to respond immediately to her email. I think she may have said she was sorry about the mistake, but never actually saying thank you for actually calling to return the items. Being a manager myself, it immediately sounded to me that I was being used as a pawn in something between her and the warehouse. I did respond to her email asking for a manager to give me a call as I left my conversation with her with an unpleasant taste in my mouth. She calls me back, explains she is a manager and part owner and no one else for me to speak with. She gets defensive and I reiterate the way that I interpreted the call with her. I request that she cancels my prime membership and I’m done with her. I dont think I misinterpreted the conversation, as I have been in the middle of too many squabbles in my 20+ years in management.
Just throwing this out there as my review of my one and only experience with their customer service. The items will be going back as soon as I get the replacement boxes and call tag from them. Doing the right thing sucks when you deal with people like this.
