Id love to have the chance to read the decision but the constitution says we the people not we the citizen and the dems will green light this. Also the Supreme Court of the USA may not rule our way especially if the dems pack the court.

Why shouldn't a town or village or even small city be able to let non-citizen legal residents vote in local elections? They pay taxes just like citizens do.
No taxation without representation. Just sayin'. I dont believe non-citizens should vote but as they pay the same taxes that we do, an argument can be made.

American citizens should have privileges and rights that non citizens do not have.
Voting in American elections at all levels should be solely restricted to American citizens.
If non citizens buy property here then they better be comfortable in abstaining from the political process and letting the citizens decide issues.
Ok jonstoh, since this is a gun board I'll give you an example how are you going to feel if anytown, NY enacts a local ordnance banning all semi auto guns within town limits and it's determined non citizens were a part of that voting process?

If you buy something you pay sales tax.
If you own property you pay taxes.
If you want to vote BECOME A CITIZEN.
The constitution is for US citizens rights. Not non citizens.
