Well, the man's guns were "legal" in Indiana, still legal in Ohio and Pa. but as soon as he crossed the BORDER, they became undocumented in New York. I thought we weren't supposed to associate undocumented with illegal.

The guns may have been legal if they were in Indiana, however, being a felon, they were not legal for him to posses, either in Indiana or here in the lousy state of NY. Not a commentary on our judicial system, just what the laws are currently.

Commercial drivers do not have the same 4A protections a private driver would. They are subject to inspection at anytime. An inspector may enter the cab to and anything they see is fair game.
