He's a lock, you couldn't have much stronger of an appearance than he's had in front of that committee. Knowing that EVERY senate Dem (with the possible exception of Manchin) wasn't going to vote for him, as well as the any on the committee, the guy absolutely hit it out of the park. He was too smart, too prepared, and ready for the inevitable attempt to Bork him. Now comes the fun part, we get to see the Reid Rule in effect, just wait for the "nuclear option" to be front page news, it's going to be delicious.
