Legislative persons need to be drug and alcohol tested before they go to work and write/vote on laws. I suspect this is how many an Albany law is written.

I’ve never once seen anyone actually drinking while hunting, the bill is written by a Democrat obviously, and as far as I’m aware down on Long Island (Where the dim-whit dem is from) you can’t hunt with a firearm.
