One guys YouTube video don’t mean shit. I live in Erie county and everyone I talk with hates cuomo. Come November my county will go blue for cuomo because of buffalo. I talk to a lot of people about politics and voting so it’s not just 5 people.

Astorino was probably the best shot republicans would have had against cuomo, and he couldnt get backing from 'republicans' in this state.

Cuomo buys his win with west coast fundraisers. His tenure is riddled with corruption and lies. But he will still get his votes cause the "muh free stuff" culture dominates in most of the state. It is a most unfortunate reality.

I am not saying to give up. I try to help by teaching moderates who have never held a gun how to shoot. Usually they get hooked. They cant believe the FUBAR gun laws in this state once they get into the hobby. However, I am still very realistic in my outlook on ny politics.

I am voting for Sharpe. I hear to often from people that they would love to vote 3rd party but it would be a waste of a vote. I think that voting for someone you don't believe in and does not represent what you want for the state is throwing away your voting.

Molinaro. Molinaro appeals to a broad base of constituents, including persons with no 2A interest. The unions from his county learned to work with him. He has a proven track record of managing and reducing budgets without killing his county. Basically he has broad based executive-conservative experience. He's a budget watched and tight with the dollars. He abhor's waste. He's also a realist. He would throw out the unSafeAct in a second but is full aware that it has to get through the legislature and senate. It has a snowball's chance in hell. At a public town meeting in Erie County a few months ago his solution to the unSafeAct would be to de-fund it by ripping the balls off it in the State Police budget. At that same meeting he also stated that he took the proposed lieutenant governor to task and told her is she wants on the ticket with him, she will be aligned with his 2A policies and his other policies for NY. Molinaro is young enough and not going anywhere. Slim chance a Lt. governor would have to step up to replace him. We need to get behind a 2A candidate that appeals to other groups that will get behind him for other reasons. The other guy is a one trick/one issue individual with minimal executive experience. We need a candidate who has the best chance of winning, not one who appeals to a narrow segment of the population. In theory I would be your perfect candidate, I don't know shit about budgets or getting along with democrats.

I know that Chautauqua Co doesnt mean shit, but, I have NEVER seen anything but a few Cuomo signs. I did not see ONE Astorino sign 4 years ago.
Molinaro was on FOX news this morning.
He says he has the backing of some NYPD officers and several other groups.
I have heard ZERO about Sharpe except for here.

This is all a new act for the non gun owner, ex school teacher, NYC Sharpe after Bill Weld's endorsement.

At least with Molinaro his 2A and anti SAFE actions have been consistent even though his voice has not been loud. In fact FUAC is screaming Molinaro voted pro 2A thirty two times in the assembly and did more against gun control as County Exec.

He will be the King of NY as long as he wants to be. Unless the time comes that the NYC area voters decide that Cuomo isn't commie enough. That's the only way that Cuomo will get voted out of office IMO.

NY'ers in Upstate NY, Western NY, and the Southern Tier area, don't have a say in the upcoming NY gubernatorial election. And just like me... them NY'ers are so screwed. Andy will be emboldened by another easy victory and we are going to get more gun control laws shoved down our throats.

It makes me sick that any of my tax money goes to Albany. To the same people that I consider my enemy.
There is only one way to solve that issue, I keep telling Mrs. Bigfoot that we got to move out before the next round of unconstitutional gun "people" control laws happen.

I already have a couple of my NY UNSAFE ACT effected rifles and a bunch of magazines in South Carolina... I have already neutered a couple of other rifles so that I can legally keep them here with me... Fortunately we got lucky, and I still get to load my 10 round magazines with 10 actual rounds, yay, woo hoo... FUCK YOU CUOMO !!!

I have already had to pass up on some other guns that I would like to own. I have already given up on the idea of getting a NYS pistol permit because I don't want to put my long guns at risk.

I don’t think that’s true, but could be. I went to a 2a town hall about a year ago and that was a sharpe kick off meeting to his run for governorship. I’m no sharpe expert, but he seem pro 2a to me and that’s all I’ve ever heard from him or about him.
Again I could be wrong and if you have any proof I’m happy to listen.
