What the hell? I'm going to be seeing a lawyer next month for estate planning. How the hell am I going to pay the man now?! Clearly the California Bar Association has never heard of "in-kind contributions."

All kidding aside, if you want to exchange sex for goods and/or services, as long as it's two consenting adults, who the hell's business is it anyway.

Speaking as an honest CPA the problem with paying with sex is that it is considered barter. In most cases the woman would want to report $10,000 of legal expenses while the lawyer would want to report $5 of income.
