I believe they are still waiting on a judgement by the ATF.
This is the only letter I know of and it’s supposedly by a retired AFT agent. But this guys opinion really doesn’t amount to shit if you ask me.

Yeah I was able to find that, but it is for the binary trigger. I am specifically looking for the ATF approval letter regarding the not a rifle, not a shotgun, not a pistol, not an AOW but is simply just a firearm XO26 model by Franklin Armory.
