Looking for local gun smith

so I’m looking for a gun smith in NY but if not I’ll ship to a different state, I’m looking to get a quote on reboring a new Henry single shot 3030 to a 358 win. And do I gotta send the whole gun or can I just send the barrel?

You might be better off buying a new barrel and having it installed. You would need to sent the gun in because whoever does it will want to headspace it and test fire it. Try Vantassel’s gunsmuthing in Evansmills, NY.
