Insane. All those shots and they missed almost all of them.
This is actually a bit disturbing. I do not care really that they shot the dude. I do not know him, no skin off my balls, but, I do believe I would handled this situation much, much, much differently.
But, that is just me. I am sure someone or two will respond that this was a great shooting. Way to go to the Police and all.

That is called panic shooting. Very much lacking on good training and even less training on emotional control. Very embarrassing for sure.
