OK lets say we make it easier for a thug to carry a gun. Lets imagine a thug has a clean
record and can get a gun in the first place and in theory this is an advantage to him.
But by restricting the means for the rest of the population to defend themselves don't
we give even a bigger advantage to the thugs? I think the number of people who needs
defending overwrites the few who want to harm.
