Notice it doesn’t say what political party he donated to but the city of Buffalo hired him after federal convictions so I’m sure he donates to the democrats.
The city of Buffalo and the democrats are ripe with corruption.FUCKING MOBBED UP...............................think not?
Only on a charge that doesn’t make you a prohibited person though.I'd go to jail for a million a year!
Yes and no. It of course depends on what you do. I work for the government and if I do certain things like take bribes or abuse state resources or god forbid carry a gun at work you’d be fired pretty much instantly. But things like being late or whatever I doubt many would even bat an eye u less it was excessive.A friend of mine works for the state. A woman in his division was terminated recently. My understanding is that is VERY hard to terminate a state employee. The phrase "multiple felonies" was mentioned.
She now works for SUNY at Buffalo. Makes perfect sense.
A lot has to do with Union protections. Also the State/ Federal system has overprotected employees because the job numbers reflect. It is amazing that PROOF of fraud does not bring flagged results for company and officers. But I guess they all value their properties within the guidelines of the State so they are still at preferred status.Yes and no. It of course depends on what you do. I’m sure if they committed multiple felonies they would be terminated but as for working at SUNY after that unless she was acquitted I doubt that would happen. I know a guy who has a felony and was going to be a janitor/grounds keeper at a high school and he was rejected for it.
I was talking about the lower raked employees such as myself. The upper ranks care little for us in my department anymore and anyone who questions or disagrees with them has been relegated to meaningless jobs. My direct supervisor is a good guy but those above him are despicable humans.A lot has to do with Union protections. The amount of lost funds within the decade alone is amazing at State and Federal level. Covid funds alone should be a stick in the eye. And although verified "Not Spent", no-one knows where they ended up. Amazing. Keeping in mind that the Federal Goverment and State has nothing that creates margin, it really should make the average American furious and screaming for accountability.
Agreed. Upper management rotates according to timing of firing and charges to other positions. I fully expect Santos and Mendez to return to the fold and not do any time for the same reasons.I was talking about the lower raked employees such as myself. Now upper ranks and politicians it’s a joke at what they can do and get away with.
Don't you understand that's a prerequisite, not a disqualifier?Notice it doesn’t say what political party he donated to but the city of Buffalo hired him after federal convictions so I’m sure he donates to the democrats.
I know a local town employee who killed someone (roadway accident, his fault) and was found in possession of 10+ thousand dollar town equipment at his home, and went all the way to retirement.Yes and no.
