I remember this lyin' douche-a-bag all too well. He was my NYS Senator. I was assured by his office immediately after Sandy Hook happened, that under NO circumstances would he ever vote to pass Princess Party Tit's BS NY(UN)SAFE Act.
And then, he stabbed all of us in the back, and did exactly that, and gave Cumhole the vote he needed in the NY Senate to pass it. Kocksucker!
After that, we voted his ass out of office in retribution for his sell out vote, And what did Cuomo do? He appointed him to a 10 year term as a NYS Supreme Court Judge on the NYS Court of Claims, at a salary of somewhere around $150K / year as I recall. A million dollar plus payoff for his vote.
Once a piece of shit, - always a piece of shit. He and his wife should both have been arrested. If you or I assaulted a cop like he did, we would be languishing in the Erie County Holding Center with pending charges up the ying yang. This is just another example of how there are separate justice systems in this country. Everybody may be equal, but some are more equal than others.
