.308 Win
I am selling a blued Marlin X7 (previously called the XS7, the S standing for short action), in .308 WIN caliber. It has a pillar-bedded black synthetic stock, swivel studs, a Pro-Fire adjustable trigger which is adjustable down to 2.5 pounds (very smooth and crisp in my opinion), button rifling, fluted bolt, internal magazine, recessed muzzle crown and a soft touch recoil pad.
The selling price has been lowered to $350 with included scope, rings and base; or $300 without the scope and rings (the base would still be included).
The scope is a mounted 2.5x10x44 SF Hawke Varmint scope. Scope has a few surface scrapes that do not affect optics or operation.
Less than 100 rounds have been fired through the rifle, closer to 75. Metal is in excellent condition except for a small scratch on the left side of the barrel. Some minor scuffs on stock. It is mechanically excellent.
Terms are cash only, no trades. Besides the selling price, buyer pays for NICS check and any transfer fee(s). This offer is pending availability.

This is available only for local pick-up in Nassau County, face to face sale only. It can be seen at a dealer of your choice as long as it is in a regular gun store or other regular business location and not in someone’s home or garage or anything like that. If you want, we could arrange to meet at Volko Supply Inc., located in New Hyde Park; as of last week they charged $25.00 for a rifle transfer (although I believe only a NICS check is required as this is a private sale). Sale must take place at a FFL holder's business location; again - as in a real store. Also can be seen at Nassau County Range in Uniondale; but if you want to see it at a range, you pay both of our range fees, I can supply ammo for test fire. No sales at the range - only viewing/test firing. You break it, you bought it.
Sales only to legal residents of NY State who are legally eligible to receive and possess firearms. Sale is final, no returns, no refunds, no exchanges. No warranty express or implied, gun sold as is, which is excellent in mechanics and finish; and as I said, it is available for inspection prior to sale.
