I was lucky to be able to run a box of ammo through a CZ Shadow 2 tonight and WOW!!! This is a pistol designed for competition and I believe its the model the best competitors in the world use, and I understand why. The pistol is heavy so the recoil is almost rimfire light allowing for crazy fast follow-ups. I was able to empty the mags in no time at 15 yards and keep the groups tight. If you ever get a chance to fire one be careful, you might just have to buy one. The overall build was like the Sig leigons so if much nicer than the standard CZ 75s.

As I'm already very much a CZ fan ( 2x CZ 75 SP-01s, CZ97 ), the Shadow 2 or a TSO has been at the very top of my wants list for a long time. Either one is just way out of my current price range.

I love me some CZ!
I have a CZ 75-SP01, Shadow that came from the CZ Custom Shop, and then was Cajunized! I love that gun. I refer to it as my Race Gun. My Buddies who have shot it don't want to put it down. I have a Buddy of mine who was a really good competition shooter. I mean this guy can still shoot like a sumbitch. Anyway he asked me to leave it with him for a bit so he could "run it through some targets". He said it was such an easy shooting gun, so I left it with him so he could really run it through some tests.

Like I said; I love me some CZ!!

I had my custom CZ P-09 for sale on here for awhile.
I knew it would sell if someone shot it.
I showed it to a shooter at a steel plate match last weekend, let him shoot it and he bought it on the spot.
They are the most accurate and underrated production pistols out of the box, and are even better with some minor modifications.
Their custom shop pistols are out of this world and reasonably priced.
Before you shoot one, make sure you have the money saved to buy one !

I was eyeing that hard. No money right now to buy it. I'm glad it made it to a good home.

Im pretty lucky that I get the opportunity to shoot many different handguns. I wish video was permitted at the range.

I would have been very interested in that.. 'cept it wasn't metal. I don't really do polymer.

Yes in practical terms but technically not. EAA may have/had some clone CZs but most are a CZ patterned. A cone is a direct copy and the EAAs are not direct copies, for example the safety can be activated on an EAA with the hammer down and a CZ75 can not. The die hard Tanfoglio guys take offence to the clone reference and say its a variant.
