It is difficult for those who have never been involved with civil service to understand. Doing it right is more important than slaking our impatience.
Not yet. I'd be willing to bet that in the near future, we'll learn that he was at a minimum derelict in his duties - at least concerning the Clinton email investigation, but likely more - if not criminal in his part in suppressing and distroying evidence, improperly handling witnesses (Mills present at Clinton's questioning, immunity passed out like candy, etc.) and not disclosing the conflict of interest in regard to his wife's campaign contributions.He has not been charged with any malfeasance.
