For the extra time the person taking the special order takes and the extra time the worker takes to make up the special order, and the server takes to identify the custom order, as a shareholder I want to know why the special order snowflakes were not charged more for their custom order! In progressive States with new minimum wage requirements that extra time costs as much or more than the 25 cent discount the plaintiffs claim. I wonder if I can sue the snowflake plantiffs for eroding my share value, dividends and EPS for their free custom orders.
Nope. Everything from ordering to serving is geared and set up for standard orders. Especially when automated. Also the more automation, standardizing, and robotics are used to control costs in the face of artificially escalating wages the more impact non standard orders will have. Why would it take extra time to do less steps? Less time, less material = less money.
Maybe but I was quoting a couple local franchise owners (1 McDonalds and 1 Wendys) who were complaining to each either at a social event so if I had to bet, my money is on their story. Not that many places are automated yet. Get less, do less, and charge more for it.Still ripping off the consumer. I still cant see how this costing them anything , instead of the consumer saving money on the cheese , the company saves money on the cheese , and profits more from the burger.
Exactly. They don't serve what you want or like, dine elsewhere. How about I go into a grocery store to the bakery and decide I don't want any of the frosted cakes available in their bakery case. I want a cake without frosting. Should I now file a lawsuit because I'm paying for shit I don't like? This lawsuit is horseshit yet I predict it will be a payout for shitbags.Their store and they can charge whatever they want for whatever you want. Whatever judge deemed this anything more than frivolous and allowed it to proceed should be impeached, recalled and disbarred.

What about the fat bitch who boiled her snatch with a mickey D coffee.

How much should they discount my big mac when I have them hold the onions? Why should cheese get its own discount (or up charge) depending on your point of view?
Their business, their rules, their prices! If a potential customer does not want to pay the asking price, they are not being forced to make the purchase. This lawsuit is gay and these two victims suck balls!!!!!
I pay for a shit ton of channels that I do not want, need or that I watch with Verizon, my choice. I am not being forced to buy a product.
You'reYes you are. you didn't order them, but your paying for them anyways because of a marketing scheme called bundling. which should be called swindling because that's what their doing to you. Your being ripped off. If you agree to be ripped off to get certain channels that's on you , but your still being robbed.
I already said , I don't think this warrants a lawsuit. But ripping people off shouldn't be shrugged off so lightly either.
If you hired me to replace 33 windows in your house , and I charged you for 34 windows and labor. you might take issue with it, But then I say you had to buy the package deal of 34 windows , so you have to pay the difference . Im not eating the cost of the last window.
Apparently, you wouldn't have any complaint about it because you know its costs me money.
