I am well known on the FAL Files as V guy; check me out; I am no gov't spy.
I have NYS pistol permit, and Assault Weapons License.

I was bounced back in 2013 from this forum or so, for saying that the SAFE ACT would stand, and I was not going to be a criminal AND GO TO JAIL. Some interpreted that as accusing the forum of being criminals. ..............Oh well.


No good legal challenges until recently.


I registered my EBR's, as did a late friend, because we were well known to Law Enforcement locally, for good reasons; having shot with many of them. I have re-certified my AWL, at least once.

I have equipped later builds, with mean arms mag locks and loaders, and some AK's with Thordsen Stocks

The good thing about having registered, is that I can take my registered EBR's out in public, and ACTUALLY shoot them at the range, rather than hide them at home, as many many have to do.
"Oohs and ahhs", are noted by fellow shooters.

Yeah, I know many who cannot shoot them inpublic, if they actually have them anymore.

I am age 74 and have been around a long time; and have seen the frustration since the time of Neal Knox.
