Starts at the top. I’m sure the da and mayor refused to prosecute all the BLM idiots that broke the law that entire summer as well. There is no equal protection under the law. The politicians and criminal justice system in this country are a literally joke at this point. I have zero faith in anyone outside my immediate home, my parents, my in laws, and my bother and sister-in-law. I have a few friends I trust enough, but even those are few and far between these days. Trust me I left plenty of immediate family members off that list.

Possession of stolen property is a crime.

If the truck is titled to him, and they have it, and he claims it was stolen, certainly that's probable cause for an arrest.

I agree. I know they have discretion with what they do but this choose to enforce certain laws but not others is bullshit.

Tell them you had a gun locked up securely in the truck and you believe they stole it too.

Call and tell them you saw a group of armed, middle aged white guys headed into the homeless camp. They’ll have the national guard backing them up.
