I am soooooooo okay with the actions of these drivers. Actually, I think it is pretty awesome.
If I were surrounded by these criminals and the force of many that they bring, I may be concerned enough with my safety, I may do the same.

In the states that don't have stand your ground laws, your responsibility is to try to get away before using a deadly force. Once you are attacked in your vehicle by a mob the only option to get away is to plow through.
Even if your car is not under attack, once you are ambushed and stopped like that by a militant mob, you don't know what will happen next. People were dragged out of their vehicles and assaulted in a number of incidents.

I am seriously curious of how the courts would deal with some of these incidents.

In light of recent and well-documented behavior of these mobs of criminals I would not hesitate 2 do what's necessary to get myself unstuck from one of these situations.
I am guessing it's going to be very hard to convict a guy who was driving home from work, didn't start or planned a confrontation.

Same mindset as if I have to defend my family at home. It's pretty simple. Don't want to possibly get hurt? Don't break into my house when I'm home and don't make me feel threatened while in my vehicle. I didn't start this fight but if I have to, I will finish it. There may be sadness but zero guilt.
