On April 17, 2019 at 7:20 P.M., Troopers out of SP Niagara were dispatched to the Lewiston-Queenston International Bridge for suspects being detained by US Border and Customs Protection with weapons and drugs. Further investigation revealed that three suspects attempted to enter the United States in a Cadillac Escalade bearing a temporary California registration. The operator, Kapri was found to have marihuana. Further inspection of the Cadillac revealed a Glock 9mm pistol that was undeclared by the all occupants including the passengers, President and Smith.
Another vehicle, a Porsche traveling with the Cadillac was occupied by three individuals. The operator, Saintmelus declared having two loaded handguns and a third was found in the trunk during an inspection along with marihuana.
