It does have a serial number on it as well. I may be able to look up from that?
It appears to have been sitting in a basement for quite a while and needs some TLC (as can be seen by the missing powered bottle). I’ll be taking it apart and cleaning it up, but I wasn’t sure if there were any markings or labels I should be looking for b

Any info on the name tag on the bottom?

At a minimum you'll need another shot/powder bottle and bushings for changing shot/powder charges. Someone makes a universal charge bar which would be a better investment than buying a bunch of bushings.
See if a 12 or 20 gauge shell fits into the holder on the base. On mine 12s fit just perfect and 20s are sloppy, mine is a 12.
They're built solid. Mine is 25 years old and early on I was making 2500 rounds a year.
You owe your wife big time.

I just ran a 12ga hull through it empty. It’s 12. And it works surprisingly well. (No powered or shot obviously)
