Based in Queens? I suggest you start looking at NYC gun laws as they apply to you. Otherwise you may find yourself the subject of the 6 O’clock news.
Add to that the Federal gun laws.
Any guns purchased out of state of residence still have to meet the legal requirements of the state of residence. You cannot purchase and pick up a handgun or “other” in a state that is not your residence state. It must be shipped to an FFL in your state of residence.

You’re ill informed and a pistol can’t be sold except in your home state. Also a long gun has to be legal in your home state for you to take possession. I’d assume this applies to long gun permits as well for nyc area. I see someone said your in NYC area and with the lawsuits flying around I doubt anyone would sell you one. Make a few calls and inquire.

Drive to PA. Find gun shops. Ogle all the things you’d earn felony convictions for if you were allowed to take them home. Decide you want less infringement, and move to PA. Revisit gun shops and let the acquisitions begin! Oh, and if you’re the proud possessor of a liberal democrat progressive voting record, chuck it in the East River on your way over.

Sadly in the boroughs your options are considerably infringed upon, as you’re no doubt noticing. I’m sure someone will correct me if I’m wrong, but you can’t have any firearms in NYC without some form of permit, even long guns.
Hell, defending yourself in any fashion will likely land you in jail, even if it’s with a frying pan.

Given the benefit of doubt, there ARE Agencies and personnel that DO monitor this and many other Gun/2A web sites (where do you think they get the intel?) and when someone, especially someone "new" starts asking dubious questions about "how" to get items WE know to be or have challenging legalities, well your quickly becoming aware of the push-back and suspicion...99.9% of us are legal, lawful, and patriotic and highly suspect of our Government and the tyrannical direction it is moving in, and the ramifications of opposing it which is why we try to cover our asses...if you have specific questions such as "How do I apply for a NYC Handgun Licenses?" there are folks that will go out of their way to help show you the way, but the question as I read it came off as "where can I go to get a gun without going through new york's bullshit" which we just don't do.

Usually when new guys show up and ask questions inferring dubious legality, it is assumed its an entrapment attempt by the NYSP goon squad (they wear purple ties). After the governor, AG, assembly, senate, etc all hold press conferences saying they're out to get gun owners, we start to believe they may be out to get us.
Don't take offense. Its not you, its us.
