Indeed. Read it wrong.The article says that New Hampshire currently has unloaded open carry. This bill will give them concealed carry without a permit.

Hit the release like it was a safety.To be perfectly honest, I'd rather have to get a permit over not being able to conceal a firearm and not even be allowed to chamber a round. I mean what the fuck? it takes away the CRITICAL important advantages of carrying in the first place.
