Fingers crossed this becomes law! Opens up another beautiful state for tourists from Stalag NY. I really liked NH when I was driving for a living and got to see a bunch of it.
Edit- I read another article about this and missed the in plain view and no round in the chamber parts. That does suck and leaves something to be desired, like concealed and with a round chambered.

To be perfectly honest, I'd rather have to get a permit over not being able to conceal a firearm and not even be allowed to chamber a round. I mean what the fuck? it takes away the CRITICAL important advantages of carrying in the first place.

Am I confused? Two posts prior to this seem to indicate that the bill stipulates firearm must be openly carried and with an empty chamber.

The article says that New Hampshire currently has unloaded open carry. This bill will give them concealed carry without a permit.
