I have a new 5.56 barrel and a Thordsen and they keep asking to be made into a rifle. Was thinking of one for my son to go with me. Problem is my wife doesn't know about the 2 AR's I already have.

Yes, I get it... I run a 8,000K plus fireworks FB Group and helped run the biggest Fireworks forum in the world at one time (long story on how it died) we hated when folks did such BUT:

I have started at the very beginning and have been reading all AR threads in this sub forum.

He is still a current member..... and the thread was never concluded. Was interested in the setup. Looking to make one myself with setup he talked about. Plus not like the place is over flowing with new gun threads....

Its wearing a 5.56 upper with a .22 conversion. It shoots better than I expected.
