I was just down there for a week....

They should deal with the issues at their door like crime, taxes, garbage collection and the homeless people that are setting up camp in almost every neighborhood. Maybe after that they can start cleaning up the air pollution from the cars and cabs all over the place. Oh and fix the ferry piers that are sinking as well. That might help.

I got off the train in utica and instantly could feel and smell better air and that was in Utica.
