It's going to be a county by county game by DA's, the local police and NYSP.

Nah...it's already been stated that since you can't buy 7 round mags, it was a failed portion of the law. This is some DA grandstanding trying to look gun friendly. More political BS.

I'd rather that it be on the news than not.
Hopefully some people will hear that the DA says it's a bad law and think the same.

Some of us knew it was shot down already ... I was debating driving around town with loaded magazines for guns i don't even own in the back seat. Pick up some extra $$$ with an unlawful arrest lawsuit

I have to tell you in rockland county The instructor for the safety class has told people they are enforcing the 7 round limit. I cant wait to hear what Rockland da has to say
