wow hopefully it survives the change over. i havent been there in years, mostly due to distance, but last time i was there it wasnt a very friendly place. Maybe it was just an off day, either way i hope the new owner does great things

The report doesn't say anything about the new owners keeping it as range. A lot of times the real estate is more valuable than the business.

In order to repurpose it, wouldn't they have to do some lead study or something?
