Ninth Circuit Panel Grants Stay: Ammo Controls Enforceable While California Appeals Earlier Ruling​

The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has granted a stay allowing California’s ammunition controls to be enforced as District Judge Roger T. Benitez’s ruling is being appealed.

Breitbart News reported that on January 30, 2024, Benitez issued a permanent injunction in Rhodes v. Bonta, blocking the enforcement of California’s law requiring state residents to undergo a background check before being allowed to purchase ammunition.
On February 5, 2024, the Ninth Circuit stayed Benitez’s permanent injunction while California appeals his decision.

Wise men in Government made provisions that are kept quiet, but the bottom line is "in case of Emergency, all the Laws, Rules, and Regulations go out the Window," If terrorist cells start shooting civilians in our Towns, then bullshit like BGC's are going out the door whether the Dealers cooperate or not...as we discussed in the Survival/Preparedness forum, the government (as it would be) reserves the Right to take your shit and use it however needed to secure the people and the state. I expect Gun Dealers are going to have "accidents" with their records, and lots of folks will be opening packages of 1/8" Drill Bits....it'll be all or nothing, and nothing sucks dirty-donkey-dick.
