really just got into bird hunting last year.. unfortunately my big doofy great dane is to old to even entertain the thought of running her around.. Next pup is probably going to be a weimaraner or drahthaar..

I was walking the woods last weekend looking at syrup lines and had a grouse less than 5 feet away. I thought about trying to take in with the 1911 but I decided to enjoy watching it instead. Nice looking birds I'm jealous that you have harvest able pheasants!

I have a customer with a couple Griffon's ~~~ the oldest is 14 years old, she has over 1, 300 retrieves. His next is about 9 years old, she has about 1,000 retrieves and he just picked up a 3 month old......already has one retrieve, although he admitted, the retrieve was more of an "accident" LOL

Not Stewart, but I have done well in there.. usually midweek when there is not as many "citiots"... but I am in middletown also.. If you want you are more than welcome to tag along when I got out.. usually weekday afternoons about 45 mins away..
