Greetings everyone. I am in charge of hosting an NRA Range Safety Officer Class st the Binghamton Rifle Club. The date is November 24th, 2018.
I and a fellow member will be trained as Chiefs so we can train others. We have about 6 people signed up locally for this class and it's a 1 day thing. I have been told you don't need a BIT to be trained in person. The gentleman who is doing the class is from PA but will be traveling to our club.
The cost is $125. I have about 6 peeps from a few clubs near us and I am willing to extend this to you before my mass email goes out to our club members.

This IS an official NRA Course.
I do not make any money off it, and I have to provide lunch... We are closing our range for the duration of the meeting.
I don't have the official times, but I'm guessing 9-5 ish.
As it get's closer I will have all of the details, I am just trying to get more interest and of course, provide training to keep ranges safe.
