A big step forward for 2A rights in NY and reversing the horrible unSAFE Act is getting Andy not so Dandy booted to the curb in 2022 (to state the obvious).

I would love to see Don Jr run for NY Governor in 2022? What say ye? He have a chance? Anyone else come to mind that could make a difference?

We will never get rid of the safe act even if Don Jr gets elected to 20 terms. The dems have a super majority and the Governor doesn’t make laws. To be fair, there aren't a lot of people left in those 48 counties. He's already chased most of them out. The majority of those left will vote for him regardless because his hand holds the crumbs that feed them.

A far right governor will never get elected in NY. Your best chances are with a guy like Pataki or even another Astorino. Paladino was an epic fail. Name recognition helped him carry almost all of WNY (including Erie Co) and he still got blown out. It’s almost like he was funded by the Dems because they knew he would never win. Things could be completely different today if there had been a more moderate Republican candidate in 2010.

For any Republican to win, it needs to be a moderate from downstate with good name recognition.

Anyone with the last name Trump is a pipe dream in NY.

We have friends in NYC and he said there's a LOT of people down there that hate him, and growing.

As mentioned above, conservative-minded people have been moving out of this state because of the Tyranny we face, which leaves less people to help fight for what's right.
