NY to set new rules for solitary confinement in local jails




Liberalism at its finest hour. This state has truly lost there fin minds. I am so disgusted on there encouragement to produce more heinous criminals.

4 hours? Really? I don't get 4 hours away from my work, head home, eat, sleep and do it all over again! Is great reform for a criminal to get 3 squares, TV, Library and now, even of the baddest of bad, you get 4 hours of sunshine!

No joke. Also now anytime a prisoner is removed from their cell the corrections officers are recorded on video. Any minor detail that is different from 2 corrections gaurds accounts will get you suspended without pay for a week or two. For instance I say jimmy grabbed the prisoners left arm to try to restrain him and jimmy says I grabbed his left arm we get suspended. All the corrections guards hate it. Instead of parole they now call it community supervision. It's a freaking joke. They all were issues new badges for this too.

That is beyond disgusting. So now officially prisioners have more rights than CO’s ? You can have a prisioner that is violent towards the officers, but thats ok. Restrain him the wrong way for being violent and you as the officer get an unpaid vacation. Cuomo is becoming a bigger ass by the day.
