I know done fo t like the nra but any mistake could get any gun rights org disbanded. I think they probably did mismanage money and maybe they deserve this but it’s a bad step.

NRA Headquarters in Fairfax, Va., and in offices in Washington, D.C., and in Sacramento, Calif..... I don't see how they have the standing. They don't operate there.

Explain.. If I start a company out of my house in NY then move it to Texas, you could say it was chartered in NY. NY however would have no standing over my company.
