The 2022 NYC budget is out.

New Yorkers Against Gun Violence receives another $55,000 grant for FY2022, same as the past two years:
“This allocation supports the Crisis Management System, which is a composition of programs centered in neighborhoods with high frequencies of shooting incidents. Interventions include cure violence, employment readiness, legal services, school based conflict mediation, and community center programming.”

Last year I FOILed the City Council to get more information about it. Shockingly, I have not heard back from them.

Have you appealed their lack of response? I'm sure your request was just mixed in with all the other FOIL requests they ignore.
