On the news I just heard #FUAC add to that dictate that you have to report to him if you LEAVE New York and head to a “high risk” state. Also said they can and WILL Immediately enforce the 2k fine if you leave an airport without reporting your travel plans. Also said they can and will force you to comply with a 14 day quarantine.. apparently under supervision.
