Lol. Prolly a moon clip for a five shot revolver. Likely makes perfect sense to the state. 
I wish it was the case, but there are plenty of standard or as our nanny state calls them, high cap mags in the photo . You clipped the photo hiding them. Like the 18 of them.

My 11 round mag....that I used to have of course, is the same size as my 10 rounders. Those could be more than 10 as they look about the size of my 10's. High cap for the gestapho is anything over 10...I assume.
