Catch and release, Re-Catch and release, Until the prosecutors and judges stop looking at the cells available and the ratio of who is occupying the cells and start to charge and sentence correctly there is almost no reason for law enforcement to continue catching these bad guys. We have some major problems in our judicial system that need to be put in question.
