Does anyone have contact information for the Lieutenant that heads the NYSP Pistol Permit Bureau?

Email address preferably but I will take a phone number if that is all you have.

I know I have seen it published somewhere but damned if I can find it. I assume a FFL / NYS dealer would have it. I know I did when I had a license back in the day.

Call your local permit office - they will give you the number. I've talked to them before to settle a question - they were very helpful....just saying.

For what it's worth, make sure you go the phone route. They absolutely refuse to converse via email because it's "on the record".
