Well for those you you that were hoping for police help on this matter they say they have a zero tolerance policy.
Also apparently all those that applied for their permits, camped out overnight, waited in long lines, took the day off to apply hochul says fuck you too.

Anyone taking their desecrated blue line American flags down yet? I always get called the bad guy because I have no use for law enforcement. "But they are just doing their job", nah they are following orders, no different than the Nazi soldiers who were just following orders. It used to be law enforcement used their own discretion on things. Now they have no choice but to follow the mandates of the Fuhrer. I will say that I respect some Sheriffs for standing up and believe that they should be the top dog when it comes to law enforcement decisions for each county. They used to have the power to say "We aren't enforcing that law, period". Unfortunately that is no longer the case as state controlled and federal agencies now hold the power (and corrupt it).

I plan on continuing business as usual. Zero tolerance for the state police? Big fucking deal. Our city cops won't have a clue on these new laws. Sheriff's won't push upstate for the most part. Most people who could call it in don't know the law even exists. People read headlines and maybe a paragraph or two. They don't read laws. If I have to defend life with deadly force then I will be jammed up with or without this law. Might as well be jammed up and have standing for a fight against this shit. How many have been spotted carrying by the state police on here? My guess is Zero. Keep calm and carry on.

There was talk of checkpoints by the NYSGestapo like they do with DWI checks on the roads. Can you imagine...they stand outside a store (suburban area of course, never urban) and check for concealed weapons. Buck tooth tyrant is capable of it. Otherwise, I agree, better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6 they say.

They don't have the manpower. They talk a lot. If you saw this you turn around and walk away. They have no right to search you. If they do you have more to fight in court. NYC I could see this. Pretty much no where else outside of maybe Albany.

Just because you are at a store and drive out of the parking lot doesn’t give them the right to stop you or ask to search you or your car. Say no. Also I know for a fact a simple lives se plate scanner did not as of a few years ago show that you had a pistol permit. Maybe it does now, but they had to go to another screen to see that. I can ask my cop friend next time I see him.

My same belief with regards to the safe act. No prosecutions yet fear is all they need.

I have never been pro or anti police. I "was" somewhere in the middle.
But it has come time to pick a side.

I pick the side of the Constitution of the United States of America. I can not support any group that goes against a SCOTUS ruling. That was intended to uphold We The People's Constitutional rights.

From this point on I wouldn't piss on a Trooper if one was on fire.
They all should quit immediately and find an honorable job.

The reality of this law is IF you are pumping gas in a restricted area (gas station with no sign ) A thug decides to car jack you ... Pull a gun and you will be charged with a felony He will walk and you will be in jail. If I am charged with a felony besides being in jail. I will lose my employment. .... Folks this law can destroy your life. The folks in Albany that voted for this will be peeing their pants with joy. Why did they empty out all the prisons.. to make room for gun owners and Trump supporters. I have said .. Someday one will commit a felony if you spit on the street.... Now you can commit a felony just by pumping gas folks. If that sign is not posted I believe you are breaking the law the second your car rolls onto the pavement. of the lot.

But if enough republicans turn out to vote for Zeldin we we’ll still be short by 2/3rds so voting does matter!!
No one I vote for above my city counsel or periodically the president ever gets elected. I refuse to vote for erie county judges because they only ever put one person forward. I always write some one else in.
