During Obama’s Harvard Law School days, Obama co-wrote a paper in 1991 with his friend, Robert Fisher, called “Race and Rights Rhetoric.” In it, Obama stated, “I may not be Donald Trump now, but just you wait; if I don’t make it, my children will.”

This quote was discovered in a previously unpublished paper after a 1,460-page biography, called Rising Star: The Making of Barack Obama, was published by author David J. Garrow.

Are there any laws preventing him from running again once a gap has occurred, ie, one Presidential term?

I would bet my house, as 2020 approaches and the thin field of hopefuls rears its ugly head once again for the Dem's, that could be a real possibility! They would chomp at the ability to undo, what had all been undone!...

Watch, wait for it... He said it himself, if he were running he would have beaten Trump!

Edit to add, I read the law, two terms total, but he could run as VP, lol...
