DONE "Old Model" Ruger Blackhawk .44 Mag.

Old Model Ruger Blackhawk " Flat top " 3 screw with fluted cylinder, 6-1/2" barrel in cal. .44 mag.
Overall condition and bluing is very good+ with slight bluing wear near muzzle end and light cylinder turn line.
Serial# is 12XXX and indicates second year production which I believe to be 1957-58.
Good shooter, works well on Whitetail and bowling pins.

Is this original without he transfer bar?

Presently without the transfer bar. The pistol is in its original configuration. The " upgrade " is a few parts in a little plastic bag and will go with the pistol should someone want to re-install it.

When Ruger did the transfer bar install, no, I repeat " NO " modifications were made to the pistol. The only way you could tell is by a small, rather light letter stamp under the grip frame. If I recall correctly it was an "R".

Trigger pull is outstanding. I have had the pistol 35+ years and am the second owner. If you have any questions or need more pictures just ask.
