An original Nepalese Khukuri - THE Fighting Knife of the British Gurkhas - British Standard Issue #2 for the BGN (British Gurkhas Nepal)
This knife was manufactured in 2007 in Kathmandu, Nepal and received by a friend of mine serving as a private contractor in Afghanistan from Gurkhas he was "traveling" with.
Complete with buffalo hide leather sheath, 2 hidden accompanying knives, ( the Karda - small hunting knife and the Chakmak - sharpener).
Also is the original wrapping paper, as seen in the photo.
Steel is traditional 5160HC ( it can rust if not oiled - do not leave it in the sheath)
Blade is approx 10.5 inches minor rust on blade tip
This is the real deal! Not some China Flu knockoff.
